Ken Carson is keeping his foot on the gas with his newest release, “margiela,” marking his third straight drop while he’s still moving city to city on the Antagonist 2.0 Tour. Produced by Akachi, 16yerold, Gfelds, Lolaxva, and DJ Moon, the track arrives fresh off the momentum of “yes” and “catastrophe,” and lands right as Ken continues to light up arenas across the country — including a standout set at ComplexCon. The tour will wrap soon in his hometown of Atlanta at State Farm Arena.
Alongside the new single, Ken also released the “margiela” video today. The visuals follow a run of strong drops: Gunner Stahl’s video for “catastrophe” has already pulled nearly 2 million views, and “yes” has been praised across the board — with Billboard calling it “a sonic exorcism” and BET telling new listeners it’s the perfect entry point into Carson’s world. “Yes” also hit nearly a million first-day Spotify streams, becoming his second track to reach that milestone after his Platinum-certified single “overseas.”
This year has been a major turning point for Ken. He’s been hitting arenas on the Antagonist 2.0 Tour with Playboi Carti while celebrating his first-ever No. 1 album, More Chaos, which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Since then, he’s earned four new RIAA Platinum certifications and delivered attention-grabbing performances — including ComplexCon, where he also debuted exclusive collaborations with Deadly Doll and Affliction.
More Chaos pushed his signature “chaos” sound even further, with production from Starboy, Lil 88, F1LTHY, Outtatown, Lucian, and Legion. The album’s release night came with a surprise: the bonus track “Off The Meter,” the first official Opium collaboration between Ken, Playboi Carti, and Destroy Lonely — a major moment for the label. Last year, his breakthrough project A Great Chaos became his first top 10 Billboard 200 entry and dominated charts on Apple Music and Spotify while earning year-end recognition from publications like Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Pitchfork, and Complex.
Ken’s rise hasn’t just been musical — the cultural weight behind his name continues to grow. He’s earned co-signs from Young Thug, Anthony Kiedis, Jay-Z, Justin Bieber, and LeBron James, landed a Jeopardy! shoutout, toured with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, sold out a collaboration with Ed Hardy, and made major festival appearances at Rolling Loud and ComplexCon. In 2025, he secured his first headline festival slot at Rubicon and starred in the latest Y/Project x Heaven by Marc Jacobs campaign.
With “margiela,” the nonstop touring, and the consistent stream of releases, Ken Carson is clearly not letting up. The storm he created with A Great Chaos has only grown with More Chaos, and at the rate he’s moving, it’s only getting louder.
